Cold forging is a rapid prototyping process. Under normal room temperature conditions, the metal is first cut by using a disc element or rod as a base material, and then the material is extruded and flowed in various ways by continuous extrusion. There are a series of molds inside. The metal forging is squeezed beyond the yield strength of the metal, thereby deforming the forging into the desired shape. Since the material properties of each metal are different, the compressive strength of the material cannot be exceeded when the metal is deformed, otherwise the forging will break.
