Production of hot-rolled products, the production process of hot-rolled products can be divided into hot-rolled quenched and tempered steel coils (HRC), pickling oiled steel coil (PO), pickling annealing Coil (PA) and pickling spheroidized steelvolume (PA-S).
The production process of hot-rolled products are as follows:
(a.) hot rolled quenched and tempered steel coils (HRC):
Hot rolling of slab → extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered)
(b.) pickling oiled steel coil (PO)
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling oiled → packaging
(c.) pickling annealing coil (PA), pickling balls of steel coils (PA-S):
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling → spheroidization annealing → oiled → Packaging
