The production process of hot-rolled products are as follows:
(a.) hot rolled quenched and tempered steel coils (HRC):
Hot rolling of slab → extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered)
(b.) pickling oiled steel coil (PO)
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling oiled → packaging
(c.) pickling annealing coil (PA), pickling balls of steel coils (PA-S):
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling → spheroidization annealing → oiled → Packaging
Spheroidizing annealing operations system of the steel coils by the heating and cooling process, so that the current carbides spherical stable state of minimum energy due to the effect of surface tension, cohesion, so that the steel, depending on the subsequent punching or bending because the increase in ductility. Ball annealing process is an important process in the production process of high carbon steel.
