Based on our experience
100mm L/D26 blow molding extrusion machine, motor configuration 100 KW, the production capacity of extruding HDPE can reach about 330kg/H.
In terms of the stability of the feeding pressure and the temperature, the operation of the blow molding extrusion screw and barrel is required to be relatively stricter.
The common problem of screw and barrel is that it cannot be extruded at high speed, or the temperature rises out of control during high-speed extrusion, or the output is poorly mixed during high-speed extrusion, or the short service life of the high-speed screw and barrel. These are the problems we have solved.
