1. Structure and Principle
The suitable polymer solution and the concentrated slurry dosed or pumped from the polymer solution storage tank and the slurry storage tank into the mixing tank and drum thickener to form the thickened sludge, then fall down the gravity-dehydrating zone evenly / roller prepressure-dehydrating zone / roller highpressure-dehydrating zone / roller high-pressure & shearing- dehydrating zone, then to form the sludge cake and come out by the scrapper.
2. Purpose
- The slurry dewatering of the various industrial wastewater, butchery, livestock factories, city sewer, excretion, water purifying…etc.
- Solid and liquid separation processing for food & beverage, chemical industry, mining industry…etc.
3. Features
- Obtained the multiple product patents of Germany / U.S.A. / China / Taiwan. The newest super water saving high pressure (20 kg/cm²)reciprocating type washing system.(Total water consumption is only one-third ~ half of conventional fixed type washing system.)
- Conditioning / thickening / dehydrating belt presses with optimum design , easy operation and excellent treating result.
- The filtrate reusing system for filter belt washing (optional accessory), can effectively save the subsequent return water treatment costs.
4. Specification and Functions
- The rotary drum thickener and filter belt type press of the belt press had the polymer solution and slurry feeding, mixing, reaction with the stable flow condition from the polymer solution and slurry inlet to the sludge cake outlet.
- After the gravity-dehydrating zone evenly, have the solid content's rate of the sludge about 8~10%. The sludge via the roller prepressure-dehydrating zone / roller highpressure- dehydrating zone / roller highpressure & shearing- dehydrating zone, then to form the sludge cake. The solid content's rate of the sludge cake can reach about 15.5 ~ 37% (depends on the slurry feature).
