Bag filter
Bag Filter is a device composed of fibrous materials which removes solid particulates from fluids (liquids or gases).
It has two main types of filters: Surface Filters and In-depth Filters.
Surfaces filter
Surface filters work by direct interception of particles larger than the pore size of the media. This type is usually easy to clean and reuse.
In-depth filters
In-depth filters work by inside media which retains the solid particles as it passes. This type is less prone to clogging due to the greater surface area where the particles can be trapped. To achieve the goal of retaining particles, the fluid must take a longer path through the filter before exiting and these filters have large holding capacities and higher resistance to flow.
