Essentials for filling powder granules into aluminum foil bags
1. Adopt Japan TOPACK combined palm type vertical filling and packaging machine, longitudinal sealing and sealing after completion of the horizontal sealing, and then cutting the aluminum foil package.
2. This machine is equipped with a material tapping and cutting dust collector to reduce the adhesion of the powder to the aluminum foil and affect the sealing of the aluminum foil.
3. It can be properly vented to reduce the proportion of air in the aluminum foil and improve product stability. However, for powders with a high oil content, such as non-skimmed milk powder, it is still recommended to use nitrogen-filled packaging to maintain product quality.
4. Suitable for powdered health foods such as collagen powder, fruit juice powder, fiber powder, etc., oligosaccharide powder.
5. The factory has obtained ISO22000 and HACCP verification and is a professional powder filling factory. The factory is planned to be a continuous production line. Each time only the same product is produced, the same plant will not produce two products at the same time, so there is no risk of cross-contamination.
