Barbed Air Brake Brass Fittings
Introducing our range of brass fittings designed for optimal compatibility with air brake systems in vehicles. Our selection includes barbed power grip fittings , suitable for use with either 1/2" or 3/8" SAEJ844 nylon tubing or SAEJ1402 air hose.
These brass fittings are manufactured per ASTM B16/B16M standards, assuring you of their material quality and durability. To further cement this promise, we provide material certification for all shipments. These fittings come in both fixed and swivel types, thereby offering flexibility to suit the specific needs of your air brake system.
For enhanced securement and protection against vibration-induced loosening, all our fittings come with Loctite 516/517 (Red) Vibra-Seal applied on the NPTF threads. The Vibra-Seal is meticulously applied to fill 30-50% of the thread depth with sealant, spanning from thread 2 to thread 5, ensuring robust sealing performance.
Each fitting is individually packaged in boxes with cardboard dividers to prevent damage during transportation, assuring you receive them in optimal condition.
