Jiao Hsiung Industry Corp. was established on Nov. 19th 1993 in Taiwan, which manufactures all kinds of hand ballpumps and plastic products of injection principally. Our main products are hand ballpumps and training marker cones. Jiao Hsiung’s equipments (injection machines) have been expanded to 23 sets since 1993 when we only had 1 set. And now we have become one of the main manufacturers of pumps in Taiwan. In order to meet the increasing market demand, we developed our first double action pump in 1997 and took out patents in different countries, and started the mass production next year. Therefore, we can enhance the competitiveness for customers in the sporting market. Jiao Hsiung has owned 40 different patents in the whole world over the past 20 years, and apply 2-3 patents annually to keep the core competence. Jiao Hsiung will finish the construction of the new factory in 2014, whose total area will be 9,950 square meters including 1,000 square meters for business division. We have 73 employees now. There are total 10 staffs in R&D Testing Center, Physical / Chemical Laboratory and QC division which can improve the quality to meet REACH and CPSIA. We have 12 modern production lines for great capacity and in case of urgent orders. ‧Manufacturing processes: Raw Materials Injection Printing Packing Export. Jiao Hsiung strive to improve production efficiency and lower the costs. Automation/half- automation of the factory makes our quality steadier. Besides, we develop customized items actively for customers’ requests, which including plastic, rubber, metal, textile and electron of diversified products. For improving quality management, Jiao Hsiung passed ISO 9001:2008 quality control system in 2004, and expect to get ISO14001 (Environmental Management System), SA8000 (Social Accountability) and WRAP(The Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certifications in 2015 for conforming to factory audit of customers. And we also have the test reports and certifications via SGS / INTERTEK as follows: CE (Product Safety) UL (Product Safety) EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3, (Toys Safety) REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) “Quality Control, Diverse Service, Innovative R&D, and Responsibility” are always Jiao Hsiung’s insistence and principle.
