Overview
The ACI Communications’ ACION 3410 1GHz is a 4-output optical node that is capable of providing up to 52 dBmV output at 1002 MHz, with an optical input level from -3 dBm to +2 dBm. The node can have up to two optical receivers and two optical transmitters.
The ACION 3410 is offered in either a 1:4 or 2:1 (X2) reverse configuration. The 1:4 can have both forward and reverse path fiber route redundancy, and the 2:1 (X2) can have forward redundancy and reverse path segmentation. For future reverse path traffic needs, the 1:4 may be easily field upgraded to a 2:1 (X2) with a segmented reverse path, by simply changing out the small reverse configuration module (and adding a second transmitter).
The ACION 3410 is available in a variety of configurations that utilize components common to the SDA family of distribution amplifiers. This commonality of modules and plug-in devices allows the ACION 3410 to be tailored according to your specific application. All ACION 3410s are factory configured to meet customer-specific requirements. (Only attenuator pads and input equalizers values may need to be adjusted to match the customer’s operating conditions.)
